TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using this website or placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions and our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

THE PRODUCT
Pouch Pups sells a hoodie with a front pouch designed to carry a small dog. Every order is a PREORDER that ships within 2-4 weeks of purchase, plus 7-15 days in transit. This timeline is disclosed on the product page, in our FAQ and in our Shipping Policy before purchase. Product photography is representative. Minor variation in colour, print placement and finish is normal and is not considered a defect.

SAFE USE
The pouch is intended for small dogs only. Always support your dog with a hand while moving, never leave a dog in the pouch unattended, and do not wear the hoodie with a dog in the pouch while driving, cycling, running or doing anything that could cause a fall. You are responsible for judging whether your dog is suited to being carried. Check airline and venue rules before travelling with a pet.

ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where an item is mispriced, where fraud is suspected, or where an order appears to be for resale.

PRICING
Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice. Promotional pricing applies only while displayed.

PREORDER AND CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled in full within 7 days of purchase by emailing pouchpups@gmail.com. After 7 days a 25% processing fee applies to any cancellation. Once your order has shipped the order is final. Please see our Refund Policy.

CHARGEBACKS
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us will be disputed with our payment provider using order records, the disclosed preorder timeline, proof of shipment and proof of delivery.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All site content, including copy, images, layout and branding, is the property of Pouch Pups and may not be reproduced without permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pouch Pups is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
