SHIPPING POLICY

EVERY ORDER IS A PREORDER
Pouch Pups hoodies ship in small batches. When you order, you reserve your hoodie in the next batch.

HOW LONG IT TAKES
Your order ships within 2-4 weeks of purchase, then takes 7-15 days in transit. You'll get an email confirming your order and a tracking number the day it ships. Please order with the full timeline in mind. It is stated on the product page, in our FAQ and in this policy.

IF WE RUN LATE
If your order is going to ship later than 4 weeks after purchase, we'll email you before that deadline with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund. If we can't fulfil your order at all, we cancel and refund you automatically. You don't have to chase us.

TRACKING
Every order ships with tracking. Tracking can take 2-4 business days to begin updating after dispatch. If it hasn't updated in 5 business days, email pouchpups@gmail.com and we'll chase it.

ADDRESSES
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Address changes can be made by emailing us at any point before your order ships. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS
If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your household and neighbours, then contact your local carrier. We are not liable for parcels marked delivered by the carrier, or for parcels stolen after delivery.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Any import duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price paid at checkout.
